This is to ensure that employees are given the exact idea that the management expects them to grow and thus performance appraisal is just one of the effective ways for such measurement. This should be widely understood by employees and t hat their performance is an integral part of the entire corporate performance in the achievement of goals. Finally, the management should induce a good working environment for its employees. In this way, there is ever so a good reason for its employees to believe that they are giving their time at the right place. This should be integrated in the performance appraisal system.
